With over 29 years of experience in marketing, advertising and sales, Bobby has built a reputation in Nashville and throughout the country as a marketing leader that understands all the aspects of building corporate brands and strategically executing corporate initiatives to drive exceptional returns and customer experience.
He is responsible for overseeing Peabody Communications’ branding, positioning and applying strategies across the company’s business platforms (marketing, public relations, advertising, design, digital) and relationship building for current and future clients.
Bobby began his career with Charging Systems International (CSI) as the head of sales and marketing in 1991 and helped develop CSI into the largest manufacturer of electric battery chargers throughout the country, working with such companies as Bass Pro, Cabelas and over 100 boat manufacturers.
In 2004 he was hired as Director of Marketing for Franklin American Mortgage Company (FAMC). He built a team of marketing professionals that helped grow FAMC into one of the top mortgage banking companies, with over 25 billion in lending. He was responsible for 5 PGA tournaments, 10 bowl games, 50 sponsorships and supporting the brand for over 1,200 employees.
Bobby continued to expand on his marketing success after FAMC sold in 2018. He then joined Lawrence Gateway in 2019 to support their marketing and public relation needs across the country. This led to the creation of Peabody Communications, which was a natural fit for Bobby based on his reputation of relationship building and his passion for marketing. He looks forward to continuing to serve the community and developing business partnerships for many years to come.
